How long does it take?
Most projects take 6-10 weeks from start to finish. Simple stuff might be quicker, complicated designs take longer. We'll give you a real timeline when we talk. And we don't start building until you approve the design.
Is custom furniture expensive?
Not as much as you'd think. We don't have a showroom, so no overhead. You're paying for good wood and skilled work. Often costs about the same as furniture store stuff, but ours actually lasts.
Can I see my piece during production?
We don't offer production viewings as each piece is crafted specifically to your approved design in our workshop. However, we provide progress updates and keep you informed throughout the process.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I want?
That's perfectly normal. Our consultation is designed to help you clarify your vision. We'll ask the right questions, show you options, and guide you to a design you'll love. That's what we're here for.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver professionally throughout South Africa. You can also collect your furniture from our workshop in Brackenfell, Cape Town at no charge. If delivery is needed, transport costs depend on your location and will be included in your quote upfront.
Do you offer a warranty?
We don't offer a formal warranty. However, our furniture is crafted from solid blackwood using traditional joinery techniques designed to last for generations. Each piece is made to order with careful attention to quality and craftsmanship.
